What types of accommodations are available?

We offer a variety of accommodations including large Studios, 1 and 2 private bedroom units. All units come with full size kitchen with amenities. Fully furnished. Cable, WiFi and utilities included.

Are pets allowed in the rentals?

Yes we are pet friendly, but additional charges are deposited and charged.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is at 3 PM, and check-out is at 11.30 AM. Please contact us for any special requests.

What are the Room Rates?

Studios with two occupants start with $400 weekly

One Bedroom units Start with $450 weekly with 3 occupancy

Two bedrooms start with $495 weekly accomodate 4 members

Extra occupancy with permission and additional charges only

We require deposit equal to week's rent

Is long term rental allowed?

This is a licensed hospitality facility, depend on the guests' convenience we are flexible with our guest's stay, they can extend week to week.

Is it like a daily rental hotel/motel with breakfast and room services?

These units are geared to be a vacation rental and without a daily hotel services.
